Calvin Floyd Cooper

Calvin Floyd Cooper was born May 4, 1936 at Birch Tree, Missouri to Otton Benton Cooper and Lue Lora (Jones) Cooper. Calvin enter into heavens gates Monday Morning, August 27, 2018, making his age 82 years 3 months and 23 days.

Calvin was united in marriage to Waneta Beth Cooper, March 1, 1974. Calvin brought to the marriage 4 sons, Larry, Don, Jeff and Joe. Calvin and Waneta were blessed with one son Micheal and with his birth the family was completed with 5 handsome sons.

Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Lue Cooper, four brothers, William, Lee, Kenny and Norman, two sisters, Deloris Lawson and Geneva Neal, two grandchildren, Kelly and Jason Cooper and father-in-law Emmett Bradford and brother-in-law James Bradford.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years Waneta, sons, Larry Cooper and wife Reta of Summersville, Don Cooper of West Plains, Jeff and wife Sandy of Summersville, Joe and wife Rae Ann of Summersville, Michael and wife Jennifer of Weatherford, Texas, 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and his mother-in-law Flora Beth Bradford. Calvin is also survived by several nephews, nieces and a host of other family members.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 10:00AM with Rev. Rick Spacek officiating. Interment will be in Midvale Cemetery under the care of Bradford Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at bradfordfuneralhome.net.
