Charles Earl Kramer was born September 6, 1948 at Belvidere City, Illinois to William Jerome Kramer and Betty Lou (Livingston) Kramer. Charles passed away at Cox Health Center in Branson, Missouri with his family by his side on Monday, October 30, 2017 making his age 69 years.
Charles was united in marriage to Melany Dawn Weaver Chambers September 20, 1997. They each brought to the marriage their children, Bradley Allen Kramer and Amanda Dawn Bailles.
Charles graduated East High School in Rockford, Illinois in 1967. Charles served in the United States Navy, serving from 1967 to 1971. He was proud of his service to his country.
Charles retired from Lemoore Naval Air Station, in the public works department in Lemoore, California in 2000. After his retirement Charles and Melany moved to Branson where he worked for Silver Dollar City.
He was an avid golfer and made a hole in one on September 8, 2012. He loved to travel with his wife Melany. They took many cruises. When his health declined and he could no long golf, he enjoyed watching the other golfers from his window on the course.
He is preceded in death by his parents William and Betty, and a still born daughter Cory.
Charles is survived by his wife Melany of the home in Branson, Missouri, 5 sisters, Jerine Stiff and husband George, of Davis, Illinois, Linda Morrison and husband Mike of Rockford, Illinois, Elaine Johnson of Evansville, Wisconsin, Ruth Ann Johnson of Saginaw, Michigan, Janet Johnson and husband George of Evansville, Wisconsin, son, Bradley Allen Kramer of Hanford, California, step-daughter Amanda Bailles of Kimberling City, Missouri, grandchildren, Cloe and Keston Kramer, Jonathan Chambers and Joshua Andujar. Charles will be missed by fellow campers, and golfers.
