Dallas Bashor

Dallaslee Eugene Bashor, the son of Ralph and Wilma Ramahjean “Jean” (Warbuton) Bashor, departed this life at the age of 67 after a long illness on January 31, 2024 at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri.  Dallas was born August 24, 1955 in Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Ralph Bashor of Mountain Grove, Missouri.

Dallas is survived by a son, Adam Bashor and one sister, Nora Marks of Georgia.  He also leaves behind two grandsons, Collin and Owen Bashor of Mountain Grove and one granddaughter, Patricia Jade Bashor as well as a niece Cari.

Dallas had several cousins and friends that looked after him as well.

Dallas worked in the timber with his father from a very young age.  He also tried his hand at carpentry and eventually became an over the road truck driver.  But he always came back to his roots in Summersville.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and cared for him.
