Debra Yvonne Terrill

Debra Yvonne Terrill was born on August 17, 1953 in Scotia, CA. She passed away on Monday, April 03, 2023 in St. Louis, MO, at the age of 69 years. Debbie is the daughter of the late Roy and Lois (Mitchell) Terrill.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, and she is survived by a sister Sandy Oliver (Jack) of St Louis. MO, nephews Alex Oliver (Lisa) of St Charles, MO, and Adam Oliver (Kelly) of Webster Groves, MO, great nephews Henry Oliver and Jack Oliver and great niece Emma Oliver, along with numerous cousins.

Debbie spent most of her life in St. Louis where she worked for the Federal Government for 44 years, in the Human Resources department at the Army Records Center.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The American Heart Association in her memory.
