Harold Oliver Mckee

Harold Oliver McKee, age 75 of Conway, Missouri, passed away October 10, 2019 at Marshfield Care Center in Marshfield, Missouri. He was born February 21, 1944 in Caldwell County, Missouri to Ray McKee and Bertha (Cole) McKee Baldwin.

Harold was saved and Baptized in the Niangua River. He attended Ozark Community Chapel at Morgan until his health failed.

On June 2, 1988 he married the love of his life, Violet (Payton) Holden. To this union, Violet brought 2 children, Sherrie Lynn and William Dwayne Holden. He loved and considered them his own.

He grew up in Hamilton, Missouri where he worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation for 31 years. After retirement, he and Violet moved to Conway, Missouri where they bought a small farm where he raised cattle until his health no longer permitted.

Survivors include his wife, Violet of the home in Conway, Missouri; step-children, Sherrie Stagner and husband Jerry of Batesville, Arkansas and William Dwayne Holden and wife Karen of Summersville, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Sasha Holden, Leanza Bell and Riley Bell all of Summersville, Missouri, Autumn Franklin and husband Daniel of Winona, Missouri, Summer Holden of Houston, Missouri, Joseph Stagner of Townsend, Montana, Joshua Stagner and Jared Stagner of Batesville, Arkansas; two great-grandsons, Darringer Jennings of Summersville, Missouri and Justin Stagner of Batesville, Arkansas; as well as one sister, Nancy Millikan of Gallatin, Missouri.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Martha Yake; a brother, Clifford McKee and one great-grandson, Maddox Stewart.
