Jason Richard King

In Lieu of Flowers, Jason's family respectfully requests donations to the Jason King Memorial fund to help offset funeral expenses and they may be left at Bradford Funeral Home.

Jason Richard King was born November 6, 1984 to Richard King and Patricia Rogers. He passed away on February 19, 2020 at Mercy St. Francis in Mountain View at the age of 35.

Jason grew up in Summersville and graduated Summersville High in 2004. After graduation Jason went on to work different construction companies with his Uncle Carl at Vemeer and IKD with his brother-in-law Ben.

Jason was an avid fisherman but his passion was deer hunting. When Jason wasn’t hunting or fishing he enjoyed picking on his sisters, spending time with his daughter and his faithful dog.

Jason is preceded in death by his grandmother Audra King, maternal grandparents Carl and Bonnie Rogers, his Aunt Pamela Taber, and his brother-in-law Ben McClellan as well as his great-grandparents.

Jason is survived by his mother and step-father Tricia and Mark Kalinowski, father Richard King, children Violet and Jason, sisters Peggy and Amber, brother Damon, grandfather, Ronnie King; Uncle Carl And Evina Rogers and daughters Bailiegh and Mackenzie, nieces Madyson McClellan, Shayle and Zachary Williams and one great niece Hensley. As well as a host of cousins, other family members and friends.

Jason will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
