Jerry Wayne Kirker, age 75 of Summersville, MO passed away November 3, 2020 at the Mountain View Health Care Facility. He was the son of Louise Mae Campbell and Joseph Kirker born January 20, 1945 in Lockwood, West Virginia at the home of his grandparents.
At an early age Jerry joined the Army and proudly served his country stationed in Ohio. He then became a brilliant carpenter creating an abundance of beautiful homes. His love of building and crafting with wood was a continuing part of his life he enjoyed sharing with those he loved. Jerry also found satisfaction in auto body work and did this until his health prevented him from continuing.
Jerry was united in marriage to Kandra (Blake) Kirker on Febuary 14, 1997. This union provided Jerry a son, Kelsey Blake, whom he loved tremendously. Together these three created a home full of love and laughter. Jerry loved spending time with his family, including two very special young men, Caleb and Jacob Shinke.
Jerry is survived by his wife Kandra Kirker of Missouri; Daughter Denise Colangelo & son Jason Kirker of Pennsylvania; son, Kelsey Blake and wife Tiffany of Missouri ; brother, Joe Kirker and wife Kathy of Florida; brother, Dave Keenan of West Virginia; brother, Andy Keenan and wife Robin of Ohio; Father in law, Gene Blake of Missouri; 5 grandsons and several wonderful nieces and nephews.
Jerry is proceeded in death by his father, Joseph Kirker; mother, Louise Mae Campbell Keenan; son, J. Wayne Kirker; daughter, Laura Kirker; mother in law, Imogene Blake and brother in law Danny Smith.
Jerry will be greatly missed by his loved ones and the many friends whose lives he touched along his journey in this world. No longer does he suffer from the illnesses of this world but on golden streets he now happily strolls.
