Marvin Gene Brown entered into eternal life with his Lord and Savior on September 19, 2016. He was born September 20, 1934 Richfield, Kansas to Roy and Nellie (Arnold) Brown.
Marvin graduated from Flagler High School in 1953 in Flagler, Colorado, and married the love of his life Mary Ann Keller. They moved to Keystone Nebraska; where he was a ranch hand.
In 1961, Marv started his own towing company “Marv’s Wrecker service” in Boulder, Colorado- building a fleet of 14 wreckers; the largest towing company in 3 states-and 1978 voted “one of the 3 Boulder businesses anyone would love to own.”
After retirement he moved to Yukon, Missouri in 1983 to pursue his dream of owning his cattle ranch. His talents included oil painting and wood carving.
Marv and Mary Ann enjoyed traveling; especially their trip to Israel. They taught many Bible studies in their home.
He is preceded in death by; daughter Jayne, sisters: June Caldwell, Mae Pyle, Elva Louise Brown; brother: Melvin Brown.
Marvin is survived by his wife: Mary Ann of 63 years; 5 daughters: Connie (Larry) Holder, Darla (Ken) Shupe, Sheila Braly, Susan (Richard) Brown, Pamela (Victor) Garcia, 7 grandchildren: Dallas Kyle, Paul Kyle, Jayne Vargas, Brandon Shupe, Tiffany Duffy, Crystal Huber, Theron Hoedel, and 17 great grandchildren.
