Michael Shane Strong, passed from this life at 8:55pm, Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the age of 43 years, 5 months and 16 days at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

Michael was born on June 18, 1976, at the Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri to Michael Ray Strong and Doyce Ann (Harris) McKinley.

He went to school in Summersville, Missouri and as an adult, enjoyed his career of working as a chef. In his free time, Mike enjoyed fishing, video gaming, watching Star Wars movies and camping with his children. He was kind hearted, loved his family and would do anything possible for anyone who needed his help.

Mike was united in marriage to Stephanie Lynn Bogue and accepted her daughter Shylo Bogue as his own. To their union was born 3 children, Shane, Sarah and Jessie Strong.

He was engaged to Cassandra Wilson who was bringing two boys to their upcoming union, Cody and Martin Wilson.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Doyce Ann (Harris) McKinley and Fred McKinley, Ozark; sister and brother-in-law, Wendy Renee Lewis and Jr. Lewis, Ozark; brother and sister-in-law, Justin and Mary Strong, Ozark; sister-in-law, Bobbie Mccurry, Eureka Springs, AR; aunt and uncle, Adelia and Robert Giles, Rogersville; aunt, Linda Harris, Hartshorn; nephews, Tyler Campbell, Judd Strong and Isiah Mccurry; nieces, Lacey Campbell, Samantha Strong and Justice Trent; numerous cousins and beloved friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Ray Strong; wife, Stephanie Lynn Bogue; maternal grandparents, Dameral and Annie Bea Harris; paternal grandparents, Bernie and Edna Strong; uncles, Jessie Harris, Frank Harris and Steven Strong; aunts, Cindy Labbee, Sandy Wake and Helen Sears; cousin, Judd Harris.
