Norman Walter Neagle the son of Walter Glen Neagle and Bertha Pearl (Belew) Neagle was born in Summersville, Missouri on September 12, 1928. He passed away at his home in Summersville surrounded by his loved ones on September 24, 2015 making his age 87 years and 12 days.
Norman was united in marriage to Marjorie Cleata Young, November 28, 1946. To their union they were blessed with two daughters, Diann Green and Carolyn Halverson.
He was a member of the Summersville Masonic Lodge. He was a faithful member of the Summersville First Christian Church.
Norman was talented in many fields and enjoyed many activities through out the years, including hunting, camping, boating, motorcycling riding, along with many other activities with family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Pearl, sister Thelma Bunch, sons-in-law James Barnes Jr. and John Squibb.
Norman is survived by his wife Marjorie of the home, daughters Diann Green and husband Glenn, Caroyln Halverson and husband Rick, brother John Neagle and wife Connie, sister Nina Barton and husband Tim, four grandchildren Tamara Squibb, James Green, James Barnes III, Jimalea Jones, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Funeral Services for Mr. Norman Neagle, age 87, a resident of Summersville will be held Saturday, September 26 at 1:00 PM at First Christian Church in Summersville.
Visitation for Mr. Norman Neagle will be held at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel on Friday evening, September 25, from 6 to 8 PM.
Burial will be at Summersville Cemetery near Summersville under the care of Bradford Funeral Home of Summersville.
