Patricia gained her wings on March 24, 2026, she passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. She was born on May 23, 1963, at the age of 62 years 10 months and 1 day. She is the daughter of Joseph Bernard Eckert and Ethel (Marhanka) Eckert. On April 3rd, 1980, Patricia married the love of her life James (Jimmy) Miller. To this union they had 2 daughters, Dawn Marie Wiltfong and Cassandra Carol Wilson.

Patricia was born in St Louis County and in 1967 her and her family moved to Summersville, Missouri where she grew up. When she was growing up she loved going on walks with her mom and siblings. They also got into acorn fights until she started crying. She loved to read, that was one of her ways of getting out of doing the dishes, she would go hide in the bathroom and hide out until her sister, Chris was done. She loved reading westerns, her favorite was William Johnstone. She loved to swim in the family pond. She told Shaakir Steward, that he had a beautiful family at the last birthday party she was able to attend. Her daughter Dawn's favorite memory was a family camping trip to Wisconsin. Cassandra loved to play Red Solo Cup to be ornery.

Patricia worked and helped at the Summersville Senior Citizen Center, she delivered Meals On Wheels. She spent a lot of time working at Karr Kare. Several will say that she made the best pizzas, and she made it her goal to look out for the teenagers who would come in. Some of her other hobbies were beadwork and she loved her Coca-Cola décor, and her absolute favorite was Stitch she had everything you could think of in Stitch. Her cats and her dogs were more than just her animals, they were kids. She also loved daisies and the color blue.

Patricia is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews (too many to count) and her Goddaughter, Sante Fe Borgman(Zachary Stauffer) of West Plains Missouri. Also, a special Thank You to her niece, Shania Swank and husband Richard of Mountain View, for being there to help with her at the end. She put her sadness aside for a moment and helped the hospice nurse take care of her. That takes some real courage and strength. Aunt Patty would be so proud of how strong she was, as is everyone else.

Patricia enjoyed her life to the fullest and was surrounded by people who loved her at the time of her passing. She will be greatly missed by many. Say hi to everyone in heaven for us down here.
