Randal Otis Williams

Randal Otis Williams, the son of Otis and Betty Ann (Pinkerton) Williams was born June 21, 1962 in Texas and passed away at Hickory Manor in Licking, MO on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at the age of 57.

Randal loved his flower garden, painting, skidding logs and spending time with friends who became family to him.

Randal is survived by his father, Otis Williams of Florida; one son, Jeffery Williams and his wife Faith and two grandchildren of Florida; one sister, Theresa Koester, her daughter Nicole Dougherty and grandson Mason of St. Louis, MO; one brother Rodney Williams of Florida and lots of friends who Randal adopted as his Missouri family.

Randal was preceded in death by his mother Betty Ann Pinkerton-Williams.
