Ronald Keith Cunningham

Ronald Keith Cunningham, the son of Joe Cunningham and Eunice Patterson, was born on December 25, 1969 in St. Louis, Missouri.  He passed away at home on his beloved farm on December 16, 2020 at the age of 50.

Ronnie grew up in St. Louis and Summersville and graduated from Summersville High School.  He then went on to work as a mason tender and later worked as a flagger for Pace Construction until his health forced him to take an early retirement.  He was a longtime member of the Laborer’s Local Union.

Ronnie enjoyed being outdoors, especially working on the farm taking care of his cattle.  He also loved to spend time with his family.  He also enjoyed attending as long as his health permitted and was a member of the Fundamental Bible Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by: his father, Joe Cunningham; step-father, Cecil Boyer; a brother, Odie Lee Cunningham; a sister, Rhonda Lee and his grandparents Art and Ruth Patterson.

Ronnie is survived by: his mother, Eunice Boyer of Summersville; step-mother, Delores Mercer of Bowling Green, MO; brothers, Rocky Cunningham of Summersville and Clarence Cunningham of Mtn. View; sisters, Melissa McElhaney, Kelly Rhoades and husband Bill and Mindy Leonard and husband Andy all of Bowling Green, MO; nieces and nephews, Chase, Amber, Ryan, Tevye, Marisa, Isabella, Aidan, Delaney and Cash and great-nieces and nephews, Sidney, Trenton, Nevaeh and Rilynn.

He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
