Ruby Fern Terrill

Ruby Fern (McCain) Terrill was born January 18, 1928 in Fremont, Nebraska to Eli Alonzo McCain and Lillian (Housley) McCain. Ruby went to her eternal home surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday afternoon, November 4, 2017, making her age 89 years 9 months and 17 days.

Ruby was united in marriage to Millard Albert Terrill on July 12, 1945 making their union together 56 years before his death in 2001. To their union they were blessed with 11 children, an infant stillborn son, Norma, Lonnie, Millard Allen, Linda, Willard, Mary, Ronnie, Judy, Beverly and Dillard.

Ruby attended church at Flat Rock. She enjoyed embroidery, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Ruby is preceded in death by her parents Eli and Lillian McCain, her husband Millard Terrill, sons, Millard Allen, and an infant son, and Ronnie Dean, brother Frank Melvin McCain, sisters Claira Bell Mcain, and Irene MCain, sons-in-law Lovel, Gary, Rockey, Mark and Gib.

She leaves behind to mourn her passing her children, Norma Jean Watson, Lonnie Terrill, Linda Watson, Willard Terrill and wife Ann, Mary DeWitt, Judy Holland and husband Ronnie, Bev Martindale, Dillard Terrill and wife Missy, a daughter in-law Sue Terrill, 39 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and her sister-in-law Wilma Lee Terrill. Ruby is also survived by a host of other family members.
